Writer's Block: Comedians as Journalists

Distrust of the media has grown to the point where many people only trust the news if it comes from a comedian. Who do you trust more: Stephen Colbert or Jon Stewart?

Jon Stewart. Though I think that's mostly because I enjoy his sense of humour more... and so have watched his show more often.

Oh, why choose when you can enjoy them both? They both have sharp and witty staffs who stay glued to their TiVOs -- either or both shows might have the edge, depending on the day.

I don't understand the question. They say the same thing, just in different ways.

I took it to mean/ask which is the source you trust your news from... whose information do you assume/feel/whatever to be more true?
